Follow 1-95 south to Fredericksburg and take the US-17 South exit. Follow US-17 to Saluda and turn left at VA-33. Continue for approximately 2 miles to the intersection of VA-33 and VA-227. Turn left on VA-227 into town, at the intersection of Virginia Street and Cross Street, take a right.
From Richmond, Virginia
Follow I-64 East to the West Point exit (exit 220) to VA-33. Take VA-33 through West Point to Glenns. At Glenns, turn left on US17 and go north to Saluda. At Saluda, turn right on VA-33 and follow the italicized directions above.
From Hampton Roads
Follow US-17 north to Saluda. At Saluda, turn right on VA-33 and follow the italicized directions above.
Via the Chesapeake Bay
From the mouth of the Rappahannock River, the
cruise to Urbanna is approximately 17 nautical miles. Upon reaching #R6 Buoy at Towels Point, set your course 290 degrees (magnetic) to reach the entrance markers for Urbanna Creek.
