Relax and enjoy the town of Urbanna, Virginia. The former tobacco port was established in 1680 and up until the 1930's was a steamboat and commercial vessel port for Baltimore and Norfolk. Since 1958 Urbanna has been the home of the Urbanna Oyster Festival, which features a weekend full of seafood, parades, and entertainment held every November.

Take a walking tour of the town and you will find numerous historic sites including the Old Tobacco Warehouse ( James Mills Factors Store), The Tavern, Landsdowne, The Customs House, and R.S. Bristow Store.

Venture into the numerous shops and dining locations to satisfy any appetite. Enjoy a round of golf or charter a fishing boat. Family activities include visits to the Urbanna pool and tennis courts and ice cream at Moo's River Edge Eatery.
